These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Pristine Ride Mobile Detailing’s services. By scheduling an appointment, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Pristine Ride Mobile Detailing offers professional mobile detailing services. Service availability may vary based on location, weather, and scheduling. I, the undersigned, authorize Pristine Ride Mobile Detailing (“the Company”) to perform detailing services on my vehicle, including but not limited to washing, polishing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating and paintless dent repair. I understand that these services involve cleaning agents, tools, and techniques that may vary depending on my vehicle’s condition and materials.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeiture of your scheduling deposit or a cancellation fee.

Results may vary depending on the vehicle’s age, condition, and pre-existing damage.

We cannot guarantee: Complete removal of stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, or imperfections. Restoration of surfaces with prior or hidden damage.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit card, or payment through digital payment apps.

While we take great care with every vehicle, Pristine Ride Mobile Detailing is not responsible for:

I understand and agree that Pristine Ride Mobile Detailing ("The Company") and its employees or contractors are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear (including clear coat failure, paint oxidation, or interior fabric damage). The Company is also not liable for mechanical or electrical malfunctions that occur during or after cleaning (including power seats, windows, alarms, etc.), or loss/damage to personal items left inside the vehicle. I acknowledge that all personal belongings have been removed before service begins. The Company will take reasonable care in all services provided, but I understand that detailing is performed at my own risk.

As a mobile detailing service, appointments may be delayed, rescheduled, or adjusted due to weather conditions that prevent safe or quality service delivery.

I hereby grant Pristine Ride Mobile Detailing permission to take photographs and/or videos of my vehicle before, during, and after service. These images may be used for social media posts, website galleries, print or digital advertising, or training and promotional materials. I understand that license plates or personal identifiers may be blurred or hidden at the Company’s discretion, and that I will not receive compensation for the use of these images.
